Buffalo Bonus Side Bet

Buzz mentioned this side bet specific to Colorado (it appears) in the Field of Gold thread so I thought I would split it off and ask a question.
How does this bet combine the Bust Bonus and Magic 21 Side bets by Galaxy? The bet in Magic 21 is made before cards are dealt and the Bust Bonus wager is made after the cards are dealt and you have completed your hand with the dealer yet to reveal their hole card.
Just curious as to how the Buffalo Bonus combines those two concepts.

Buffalo Bonus is Bust Bonus. It's just called Buffalo Bonus at that Casino (or in Colorado). We have it at my Casino but it didn't make sense to call it Buffalo Bonus, so it's just called Bust Bonus.
