I witnessed a dealer flashing 5th street in Mississippi Stud. I was curious if there was data about how this effected the EV of the game.

not sure about MS stud, as i do not play.
but you should definitely chat with the dealer and determine
the other games he deals so you can take full advantage of his sloppiness.
