Sorry, I pushed the wrong button :sigh: will try again... could not delete posted mistake.

Guess the total number of scores in Super Bowl 46.
Extra-points, and 2-point conversions do not count.

I see I cannot lock the poll at a certain time, so it will be 18:00 EST Feb. 5, 2012.

I picked 13 or more because I don't want to be bored.

Really? You think that there's even a chance that there will be less than 13 points scored?

13 scores, not 13 points.

Of course betting the over on props is a common response as people hope thetes lots of action in the game.

9-10 is my guess.

It's not Over/Under points...it's number of SCORES, ie a Touchdown is 1, a FG is 1, and a Safety is 1.

Does a PAT count as scoring once?

You're absolutely right Ken. I guess I've been pwned again. There's just no competing with a braintrust like the one you possess. I sure wish I were you.

Lets take a closer look, shall we? >>>

All I did was ask a simple question >> Does a PAT count as scoring once?
I get an insulting answer from a 15 year old (s2dbaker), I guess thats alright?

Another point in regards to >>>
"You're absolutely right Ken. I guess I've been pwned again. There's just no competing with a braintrust like the one you possess. I sure wish I were you".

A few months back I was told quite a few times (and a warning) NOT to copy/paste the SAME post over and over again. Come on, we all remember that. (lol)

Apparently, that RULE is not for everyone. I love the consistency here.

Oh. I wish that was more clearly indicated in the initial post. I certainly would have voted differently....

I should be looking for around 18-1 odds on a safety then... hmmm. Bodog are only offering +650 (7.5). The no safety is at 1.08, so only a 2% edge there (unless I screwed that numbers up)...

I like betting on safeties and odd totals in the first half.

Those are both very bad bets. I show the fair line on a safety this game to be +1727. The day of the game it should be easy to find -1000 on the NO here in Vegas.

I voted 11-12 myself. and 55 points is the O/U with a minimum of 8 to go over, and 9 to make 54.
G-men Offensive line might get tired out by 4thQ, and the D-line might play to block lanes rather than "rush", and the Gronk effect. I'm tempted to take the over on the FG prop.

WIZ... were those figures SB stats or Reg season stats? Thanks in Advance.

Those were specifically for this game. The average game would have about two less touchdowns.
