Can anyone tell me the Sports Books in town offer 10 pt NCAA FB Teasers, that can include at least one total. Also what the odds on these are.

I don't think you can do that "off the board" anywhere in town. However, lots of places have "super teaser" cards, where you get lots of points, I think 10 to 12. However, in my opinion, 99% of the time the exotic teaser/parlay cards are sucker bets.
