Hello,
We are highlighting a dispute involving after a player reportedly lost access to their account and their full USD 3,401 balance was confiscated.
The player says the original reason given for the permanent ban was “sports abuse.” However, Gamba subsequently referred to “multi account sports abuse” and allegedly accused the player of being involved in a betting syndicate linked to more than five accounts.
The player denies operating multiple accounts and maintains that they have only ever used a single Gamba account.
They reportedly made repeated attempts to obtain evidence of the alleged connections and clarification of the specific Terms and Conditions provisions involved. However, according to the complaint, Gamba did not provide specific evidence and insisted that the decision would stand.
Another issue concerns the confiscation of deposits. The player claims support acknowledged that deposited funds would normally be returned but said they were being withheld because of the suspected syndicate activity.
The player's USDT wallet reportedly remains temporarily locked, preventing withdrawals. Despite the permanent ban, access to casino slot wagering is apparently still available.
The player confirms that a formal complaint has been filed and is willing to submit support transcripts, balance screenshots, transaction records and betting history.
We are calling on to review the case, explain the basis for its allegations with supporting evidence and release the player's full USD 3,401 balance.
We will update this post if Gamba responds or the matter is resolved.
