Welcome to the forum. The question is a little vague. But in general, there are many factors that go into the ‘calculation’. If you are ‘buying’ a point, it will be expensive going from 2.5 to 3.5, but cheap going from 8.5 to 9.5. An extra point on an over/under of 40 is worth more than on an over/under of 55.

Data is available that shows what the likelihood of a game ending at a given winning margin. But even that info needs to be used with the pointspread. Large pointspread an additional point not worth so much. Close pointspread it’s worth more.

Basically, determining the answer to your question is more nuanced than it appears.
