Triple the Spread

I have a basic knowledge about sports betting and promotions, but today I saw something new.
In an email, I was told that the casino was offering wagers on two NFL games with "Triple the Spread"
When I went to their website, I saw no mention of this in their promotions. I don't know why.
When I looked at their lines I saw that on one of the 2 game, the spread was listed ast 3. On the other game, they had no spread at all.
Can someone please explain precisely what "triple the spread" usually means?
