In the UK some of the best odds can be found at oddschcker and it seems the "Saints +1.25" you quote at 1.92 is better then on oddschecker (today going in from 1.90 to about 1.87 this evening).

BTTS: https://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/premier-league/tottenham-v-southampton/both-teams-to-score
Yes: -120 (or 1.83) No: +120

Saints +1.25: https://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/premier-league/tottenham-v-southampton/asian-handicap
-115 (or 1.87)

Over/Under (presumably total goals) 3: https://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/premier-league/tottenham-v-southampton/total-goals-over-under
>3.5 +160 (or 2.60)
>2.5 -155 (or 1.65)
I'm not sure what Over/Under means unless it means exactly 3 is a standoff, so guessing if you bet 60% on 2.5 and 40% on 3.5 you get 2.03).

However I'm not sure why it's necessary to remind us, Saints had a great Tuesday beating Portsmouth and are visiting Spurs' new stadium on Saturday (I missed out on getting a ticket as I was away), why some of the bets are worth making when for two of the three better odds are available elsewhere.
