I was just wondering what would be the minimum single game win % would a person need to win more than they lost on 2, 3, 4 and 5 leg parlays?

It depends on the payouts.

For instance, if you're getting paid 3.5-for-1 on a 2-leg parlay, then you need to win that parlay 1/3.5 = 28.57% of the time. To determine the % of each leg to win, that'll be 0.2857^(1/2) = 53.45%.

The formula is:

((1/x)^(1/y))

x = payout on a X-for-1 basis
y = # of legs
