Is there some kind of secondary market for sports futures bets? For example if you bet on a team at 20-1, and they are in the semi-finals of a tournament, the 20-1 ticket should be worth an amount to reflect their current odds of 5-1. Is there anywhere to sell the futures bet?

Lay the bet on betfair or a similar betting exchange site.
