Someone suggest a capper's thread. Why not. I'm taking prices from here :

http://www.vegasinsider.com/nfl/odds/las-vegas/

If I could get money on this weekend it'd be 2 units on each of:

DET +6.5 -110
SF -3 +100
NYJ -2.5 -110

Lets imagine a 100 unit roll to start.... bet I don't beat the bookies this year :)

Which book shall we use? I would like to put 25 units on the Raiders, but the lines are +6 to +8. I will take +8

@thecesspit: Thanks for opening up "the WOV Book!!"
i'll have to get back to you with my "money" picks......

Please note: I may be "The Worlds Worst NFL Handicapper" - especially in the 2nd half of the season.
I kid you not....my accuracy rate is probably in the low to mid 30% range...so serious bettors take note: If you bet against my picks this season, you could stand to make a small fortune - maybe even buy half a restaurant.....

Do we have to pick on the line? I'd put 2 units the over on the point total (51) on the MN/NO game, and 3 on the under on the OAK/TN game (41).

I'd say any bet on any line currently available on the link I gave, not including the opening lines (naturally).

If your doing this please give the current odds as well, or I can assume it's a -110.

+8 was the opening line, which is not currently available (and hasn't been since May :).... +6.5 is still available.

At what odds (plenty of different ones available on that game...)

Okay. I'll use Leroy's. 10 units on Oakland (+6.5, assume 100/-110 unless otherwise noted), and 15 on Green Bay (-3, +105).

I figured you would assume -110, which of course, is available.

No worries, I was being over accurate there :)

Slap me if I put units on the Raider's again. Lyle Alzado must be rocking from side to side in his grave. Lucky for me, the Pack covered. so I am up a net of 5.75 units (105.75 total BR).
