Meh.
I can't think of a major sport or sports event that hasn't had some fixing/shaving/other involved in it ... Black Sox, Tim Donaghy, Olympics, World Cup Qatar, etc., etc., etc. Since it's very popular and makes money hand-over-fist, it makes sense that some bad actors would do this in soccer, just like some bad apples have done it in every other sport/business/other in the history of the world. Shouldn't let some bad actors affect how the game is perceived, though, like any other industry, the majority of participants play by the rules.
If someone is predisposed to dislike soccer, that's fine, but events like these are more of a comment on human nature than on the business and competition of soccer.

?
Meh = that does not excite me; so what?; not really interested.
Duh = how stupid of me to have missed that; how could you have missed that; it was obvious.
D'oh! = same as "duh" above, but specific to cartoon character Homer Simpson.
All slang. Duh and D'oh sometimes perjorative.

I see duh as "how stupid of YOU to miss that" and doh as "how stupid of ME to miss that"

You're probably right; I've seen both used in both directions, but that's closer to the spirit of them.
