That's a wrap on this season.
For the few of you who have been reading this thread, I'm sure that you know that I've been an advocate of playing the +130dogs. The stats show me to have been right in doing so. What has muddied the results this year is my piss poor money management. The below stats are taking out the noise produced by the increased wager size. I am going to improve on the money management part next year, and based upon the stats, I look forward to have an absolutely awesome 2015. The +130dogs algorithm is ABSOLUTELY the best money line play in baseball.
Here is the summary of the +130dogs:
Net Winnings based upon 100 wager size +3,938
# of Picks 472
Winning Picks 205
Losing Picks 267
Winning % 43.4%
Average Winning Payoff 149
Straight up bet equivalent 64.9%
Out of Pocket Investment 700
% Return 562.6%
Annualized Return 1290.0%

You went 13-40 in like a 16 day stretch. One of the worse runs I ever witnessed anywhere ...under 25%

I know what happened there. I was following his success and jumped in at that exact time. You can see where I posted that I was going big or going home. He went like 1-9 on the next 10 +130s. I stopped playing and it went back to normal. I was 32.8% picking my own games this year in MLB and I am about the same in NFL.
Expect the worst and you will never be disappointed.

Arnie, sorry for the poor results during that period. However, over the last 2 seasons, the +130dogs have yielded an awfully nice win rate on somewhere around 700 picks. The only thing that prevented 2014 from being an absolutely HUGE year was my piss poor money management. That will be improved for next year.
