Why would a casino not take a vig on this game. Last night Cantor gave me Ohio St -7 (-100) against Wisconsin. I am assuming there is an advantage play here, I am just curious to the reasoning behind it.

Are Wisconsin -110 or -120?

Typically a game like this would be:
Wisc +7 -120
Oh St -7 +100
Its normal for a book to move from the standard -110, rather than moving off a key number such as 3, 7.
