What do you like about Responsive Eye? And what do you not like about the favorite?

FinsRule, difficult to answer without dissecting the current algorithm that I use. In general, Responsive holds my highest rating in this race. All of the favored horses have middle of the pack ratings. BTW, you really shouldn't care since I feel like this test run at Arlington has resulted in crap results. I'm giving it a shot with Santa Anita, using an entirely different database and variables. If I don't feel that I can get close to good results then the test at Santa Anita, for me, will be short-lived. I know I didn't answer your question, but I am finding this experience very frustrating.

No winners again yesterday. Now 3 days in a row without a winner. Longest losing streak ever. Only 2 winners in 20 picks over 4 days.
I really have to question whether anyone, ANYONE, can win at the horses consistently. The operative term being CONSISTENTLY. I don't think that it can be done.

I won't even bother posting the results. This experiment at Arlington has just been an utter failure. I will continue with Santa Anita in hopes that a fresh start with a different database will do some good.......but my gut tells me that my horse playing days are numbered.

You can win at the horses but you have to pick your spots, and even then it is tough. For instance I am picking a spot today. Belmont Race 9, Wired Bryan #6 tough race but he will be there.
