Arbitrage opportunity?

Online gambling is illegal where I live but some guy I know makes bet365 accounts for people and the money in the account counts for 1000x its value (e.g. $50 in the account would count as $50,000 between us and each dollar bet is $1,000). The guy pays out winnings in cash so people go through him for added convenience and very high credit limits. Arbitrage opportunities with different odds across websites are quite rare and not very profitable since websites quickly adjust their odds and bet limits, however I doubt any website would care about someone arbitraging them for pennies. What kind of arbitrage tricks could I use?
