Do you guys think the discussion during this outage counts towards that? They are really racking up the Harbaughs.
What was the one about showing the parents? I know they've shown them at least once.
Also, it's surprising they still haven't been able to get power back to the broadcast booth, only the sidelines.

It's a unorthodox play though, and while a blocked punt would be horrible for the Ravens, so would be a kicker dancing around in the End Zone trying to kill time. A fumble or a strip there could be just as fatal, and because it's an unusual play, it has more potential for things to go wrong. Normally when up 3-8, you only do that play if it can expire the clock (~7 seconds remaining or less).
Also, in defense of the announcers, they didn't say that they wouldn't do it. They specifically brought it up as a possibility, semi-discounted it, and then reconsidered all before it happened. Many wouldn't have even brought up that possibility, especially with 11 seconds left. Phil Simms is usually pretty good with strategy, and I give them both a little leeway because the blackout had to be a very weird scenario to work through.

I may have to make a trip to Vegas for the SB next year, just to bet props! Given the free advice available here from the Wizard, I would feel good putting some serious action on various props, like the no safety (DESPITE the past two years) and the player-name-scrabble-score thing.
