What's the juice on the 7pt teaser....-140?

Great picks! (Hopefully) I especially like the two touchdowns each in the first parlay. I see both of those teams in the game till the end, that's for sure. A bit inexperienced maybe, but they worked hard to get to the playoffs, I don't see them blowing the opportunity. Should have no problem covering. Just curious, how much did you put up on the second one?

how does a reverse work?

if both sides win, the reverse pays 4 to 1.
if one side wins and one loses, the bet loses 1200
if both lose, the bet loses 2200
in the case of a tie, prior to the bet, one must call ACTION on the bet which means
if one side loses and one ties.... its like losing both bets individually

What are the advantages/disadvantages of a reverse as opposed to a 2-way parlay? A "reverse" is new terminology to me. Just curious.

In a two team parlay, you only can lose the amount of the parlay bet regardless if both teams lose. (1000 parlay would lose 1000)
In a reverse, if both teams lose, you lose as if both teams were a single bet. (1000 reverse would lose 2200)
In a two team parlay, you will win 2600 if both teams win
In a reverse, you will win 4000 if both teams win
In a two team parlay, if the games split, you will lose 1000
In a two team reverse, if the games split, you will lose 1200
Therefore, the risk is at a constant with the parlay but the payoff is not as great. However, you need to lose both games in order for the parlay to be your advantage because a split would basically lose the same amount. If you think your losing both bets, which can happen, then maybe you shouldnt bet... lol

Green Bay has a switch the flip on come playoff time. Everything you saw in the regular season is to be forgotten. They are a different team. I can't wait to watch them play San Francisco (a team I put a $20 +450 futures wager on in February of last year).

Wow, Vikings +14 1/2 turned out to be a very good bet for you.

The parlay is looking good. I don't think Baltimore's offense can even score 14 points total

how would you compute the HE on a reverse bet? its easy to figure out how much youd lose per a given amount. like in your example: $4000(1/4)-$1200(2/4)-$2200(1/4). but what would you say your initial wager is? $1100? $2200? some other number?
