Sweetheart Teasers in Vegas Sportsbooks?

Does anyone know any Vegas Sportsbooks that accept NFL 4 team 13pt sweetheart teasers? I know it can be done online, but I'm wondering if it can be done in person.

Never seen them in any Vegas sportsbook, and I've looked.
I offer a 4-team, 13-point football teaser, but they don't get much play. I write about 1-2 per week.
6-pt, 6.5-pt, 7-pt teasers are very popular.

I don't live in Vegas, but I go there every month, no exceptions.
I scout the sportsbooks- no 4-team, 13-pt teasers.

Heading there in next Sat. Anybody update? I like placing these online, anybody know of any place that books em?
I got a plan, we take all your picks we reverse them like one of those twilight zone episodes where everything is the opposite. You say "black" we go white.
