If assumed representative, at 85% return on the base game, this was still a losing proposition even with the blue jackpot included. Got lucky on the spins though and left $70 up.
So beware, the jackpot meters may look juicier than they are...
That's why whoever came up with the new must hits were smart. The look juicy but people just didn't do the math. The see high numbers and get trapped. They think how bad could it possibly be, ill get back my money soon.Quote: CanyoneroFound a Zuma machine with green jackpot at 46.80 last night (must hit by 50). I decided to go for it. The increase was extremely slow. It took $500 coin in for it to reach 48.22 at which point it hit. In the meantime I had filled the blue jackpot from $9 to $16.50 and also collected.

Zuma slot was a good concept they should have made it more interactive and actually let you shoot the balls yourself.
And then they get more money and feel like the won the Super Bowl, getting $50 after losing $1500. They showed that machine who was boss!!
I'd never get excited about a $46 green and would check back in 45 minutes to see if someone abandoned it close to $48.
It's usually coin in or coin out. Occasionally they have various other ways money is added.Quote: sabreDo these progressives advance by coin in, win, or some other metric?

You can in one of the bonuses if you want but it's optional. Most slot players aren't that interested in skill anyway and the amount of RTP allowed for skill features is quite low.
We don't know that, it has not been tested enough, obviously it depends on the skill level needed. I wasn't necessarily talking about skill anyways but something more interactive. If they could design a slot that's mostly non skill but added a skill aspect on top of that I believe it would do well.Quote: JohnnyCometMost slot players aren't that interested in skill anyway.
