I was at Oaklawn in Hot Springs last week, and played a slot machine with "two games" On the left side of the screen was a traditional slot, on the right side was 6 dice. Each pull had the slot machine go and the dice roll. 6 of a kind paid 30,000 pennies (which I hit once!). 5 of a kind paid like 3,000, and so on. Did the dice have to be fair? Another machine used cards on the right side, did they have to be fair?
Edit - I know for video poker the cards do. Not sure if slots are the same, and don't know anything about dice.

I would expect them to be fair and duing my 6 years at GLI, every virtual die was fair. The following rule is generally interpreted that a die must be evenly weighted:

This wasn't a simulation of any of those games. It was just 6 dice rolling with various payouts based on the dice.

By the letter of the rule, a game designer may be able to use unfair dice.
In your case, the game is similar to the live game "Shake a day," in Montana. The rules of Shake a Day allow any number of dice and any predetermined pay combinations.

Were there any notes about it being a, "video lottery" terminal? The payouts for those games are fixed, with the game's "results" set to award the predetermined prize.
