Anybody ever play Big Buck Hunter slot machines? I tried one out briefly last week. The gameplay is similar to any other video slots, but the bonus round is where the fun is. Each player gets a plastic riffle, and has to shoot deer, bison, etc on a large screen above the bank of machines for credits. Head Shots earn more credits. I only played $20 and ended up with about $56 when I took off.
Does anybody know what the expected house advantage is on these games? I suppose it depends on the casino, but does anybody know what it would be typically set at?

It is licensed penny slot, so on the strip, I would say around 88 percent payback at best.

If you read the rules, it states (if my recollection is correct) something to the effect the use of the gun has no effect on the outcome of the bonus round.

There more info about the game at Raw Thrills' website.
Raw Thrills is one of the last-man-standing coin-op game companies along with Global VR.
The guy who owns it is the same guy who created the first color coin-operated video game, Eugene Jarvis.
Big Buck Hunter was made by Play Mechanix, I believe, and bought by Raw Thrills.
Raw Thrills is a great company, though, and Eugene is a top notch guy all-around.
Glad to hear you're enjoying the game!
