I don't play poker but is it considered cheating to look at a hand someone exposes?

In the few tournaments I participated in, if the dealer saw a players cards, they called them out for everyone.

If I didn't know before, protect my hand like Poker Bunny. But I've got amnesia. What were my cards again?
Oh, my glasses! People can see my cards in my glasses! I'll have to quit the game or wear non-reflecting day glasses, like the yellow ones you see on TV for cloudy driving in the daytime.
