Since I can barely tolerate Mint Juleps, I'll be having the Rachel Maddow recommended Stinger instead. And after I have the first, them I'll Have Another.

I picked the winner too.

Amazing because he has been doing all his riding in Vancouver not usually a hot bed of the top jockeys. Even though I bet the horse I was actually a little concerned with the jockeys experience and almost didn't bet him with the crappy post.

She said as they put him in the gate he looks like he wants to run. She said an hour b4 he would win.

No Triple Crown Winner gain this year. Bodemeister appears to be a lock if he runs in the Preakness. What a game effort he showed in the DERBY.

Quoting for posterity. BODEMEISTER did show a great effort to get out front & hang on in the Derby. The odds are always against a Triple Crown winner. I think we'll eventually get another one, though I may not live to see it. But I think Mr. Meister is far from a lock in the Preakness. We shall see soon enough.

Baltimore born and raised a few blocks from Pimilco race track. Tighter turns, shorter distance. Anything over even money is a bonus on
Bodemeister. Hoping the Derby Winner will help me get that price !
