Hi there,

I am visiting Las Vegas with my wife and am interesting in anyone's input on my Keeno playing.

First off I don't believe there is a system that will guarantee a win every time. Generally speaking I believe Keeno games (I refer to video machine Keeno playing) are pseudo random and not truly random.

Having said that I have won nearly 4,000 dollars in the last three weeks. At times it has seemed like I have found a way to print money.

I have almost always played 10, 5, and three numbers and generally go from machine to machine spending $5 to $10 on each machine to get a feel for where the machine is at before sinking more substantial funds into the machine.

Just this morning I was playing 5 numbers. After spending $60 where it seemed that my 5 pick would not hit I switched to 3 playing. Went from having $40 to $165.

Anyway if this seems like something that might interest some to discuss I would appreciate hearing input.

Thanks.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

There isn't

Nice that you had some good luck. Do not let it buoy you with confidence. You have not found a system, or glitch, or any other profitable exploit. Nothing worse for your long term wealth than an early bit of good luck.

Enjoy your money. Go see a show, or dine out somewhere nice, or take an expensive excursion. Maybe even take some home and remember this as that time you had a free vacation.

Thanks very much for your input.

It would be luck if I won 4000 in one instance for the month but my biggest win at one time has been $533 (and a $100 of that was my $100 initially put into the machine).

So it isn't quite luck that I have won multiple times in a few weeks.

It's more, I think, that I am taking advantage of the pseudo randomness of the Keeno machines by focusing on those number sequences that tend to win more easily and finding a balance between betting too much before the next win (thus loosing money) and not betting enough to offset loses to the house.

Nope, it's luck. They are random enough that you will not be able to find a pattern.

Are we talking about modern-day IGT Keno?

KENO is usually around -9% for the player, it's almost impossible to stay ahead for very long without a monster hit. Then again, last time my Wife played keno 5 spots she beat it absolutely silly over many 1000's of spins. She just got super lucky. That's probably what's happening to you along with some confirmation bias.

I highly highly doubt you have found any "number sequences", but if you have, you should beg the moderators to delete your post and never speak of it again. Keep it to yourself, don't tell ANYONE, not even your bestie, and go make your millions before someone catches on.

You should be keeping track of how much coin in you are playing over how many spins and figure out what percentage you are up. With that information, you can figure out what the likelihood of it just being luck, or if you actually have found something out of the ordinary with the RNG.

No No No. CrystalMath is right. You had perfectly ordinary luck. There is no advantage.
Axelwolf was also right. If you believe you have the Holy Grail sip long and hard from it, make your millions. Don't show it off here.
