The question for the poll is would you play Fortune Cup? Multiple votes allowed.
No thanks
Might as well bet on a real race
I can't wait to play it in June.

That’s what you should call the older game.
Quote: DJTeddyBearSigma might be out of business, but fans of the game call it Sgma Derby. Not because of any inside info about the company or history, but because the signage says Sigma Derby.
Well, this is embarrassing. I could have sworn the signage said Sigma Derby somewhere. I'll have to return to one of the units to see whether or not I'm getting delusional in my old age. I've made a number of changes to reflect the correct name.
EDIT: no bigot option I am dissapoint

In other news, I had a look at the unit at the Red Rock just now and couldn't find mention of the name Sigma Derby anywhere. This is not the first time lately I've mis-remembered something. I will have to start taking notes of such things.
Quote: VenthusLink in the OP seems to be bad? Heads to https://wizardofvegas.com/games/fortune-cup/ instead of https://wizardofodds.com/games/fortune-cup/ .
Hopefully Wizard won't mind, but I went ahead and fixed that on my own.

Yes, the old one is Sigma Derby and was made about 30 years ago. I have been fortunate enough to have access to one and they are incredibly mechanical. It is lots of pulleys and levers everywhere. I have the PAR sheets somewhere for them if anyone is interested. If I remember correctly there are only about 50 different outcomes available per paytable.

Please, do share! We Sigma Derby enthusiasts are fanatics!
