It is common not to have an escrow with a "trusted" member. But there are times when it goes bad even with trusted people. It has happened before and it will happen again.
Expect the worst and you will never be disappointed.

I can confirm that I have received full settlement (That's the full $175 less my own currency translation fees, which I gladly bear) for the $175 wager that I had with Hotblonde.

To those who comment on the delay in resolving this, the delay was for good reasons, by mutual agreement and perfectly acceptable to me.

I have no idea why this post didn't go up day before yesterday, but I was in a bit of a hurry, so maybe I closed out without hitting, 'Post.'
Either way, I am posting to say that the $100 was satisfied, in full. I had no problems with waiting for it, everything was handled privately. Further, my part of the money was collected on my behalf and I opted to donate it anyway, which is also being done on my behalf, so I'm not particularly concerned. I'm also only vaguely aware of any reasons for any delay as I didn't handle the collection...but nor was I ever really concerned about it.
