This is a question from a friend. He went to Vegas last month and lost a lot (almost 4 figures) chasing a progressive. He didn't hit it, but his wife did. They did well. He was surprised to see a really good offer in the mail. He received 1,000 free play along with free rooms and free food. He booked his trip for early September.

A couple of days ago, he received another offer, for the same exact amount, but this one on is good in October.

He knows he isn't a big loser and when he goes back to play his 1,000 free play in September, he is not going to lose as much as last time nor is he going to play as much. His question is what is the best way for him to take advantage of the October offer as well? Should he book it now, knowing that his action in September won't be close to his previous action?

Book his trip now for the end of September. Hopefully he can stay over until October and collect both. They generally don't rescind offers but he can expect to not get as good of offers in the future.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

If it is a Caesars property I normally cannot book 2 offers at the same time. Can anyone else confirm this ?

Yeah you can't book two hotel offers at the same time at a CET property. At least I can't. But I think the OP meant what's the best way to use his Sept and Oct free play offers. If you could book one trip in late Sept that bleeds into Oct. You could use all the freeplay in one trip.

It is not a CET property. He is already booked for early September and has made plans to go. The second offer is only good in October.

If the casino lets him, should he book the 2nd offer now or wait?
From the responses, he may not have an option

I don't see why he would wait. If he can book two at a time just do it. Best case scenario he could book one trip for sept 30th - oct 2 and use both of the free plays on the same trip.
