Here's a scenario...
You walk into your favorite land casino and sit down at the video poker machine..
After a few hundred hands, you hit that wonderful Royal Flush on the $1 machine, paying off $4000 !!!!
The attendant congratulates you, and says they'll be right back with your winnings..
The attendant then comes back and says, "put out your hand"..
They then proceed to count off 10 One Hundred Dollar bills into your palm..
"$1000????, I'm supposed to get $4000!!!! What the hell is this??"
The attendant says " Well, we give you the $4000 in installments..You will get another $1000 in 4-5 weeks, and another $1000 in 4-5 weeks after that"
My question is...Are you coming back to play at THIS casino???
Well, this was the experience I had with WinPalace...
After a good run on the video poker, I cashed out for $2000, and after what seemed like an eternity, checked my account only to find that I had been approved for a withdrawal of $500, and $1500 had been put back into my playing account...
The answer from support was that since I was a new player, I was on the installment plan until my "player ranking" built up...
Needless to say, I do not do business with this place anymore...
I haven't been that insulted since I saw the 7-5 JOB paytable at Harrahs Pennsylvania...
