Absolute Poker/UB deny bankruptcy

After rumors flew around that Absolute/UB had declared bankruptcy and wouldn't be paying people back they clarified this today http://www.casinocitytimes.com/news/article/absolute-poker-and-ub-com-deny-bankruptcy-rumors-197255
They also announced they will be repaying US players after they resolve a few more legal issues.

Personally I never trusted these thieves, hopefully people will get paid but I wouldn't count on it til the cash is player's hands.
