I was logged in to my BetMGM account today and noticed for the first time the "Virtual Sports" category. I can see how virtual dog/horse racing would be easy to implement since the horse or dog just stays in it's lane.. just need a basic RNG to pick a winner. The motor/marble racing would be a bit more complicated if you want to include collisions.
What I can't figure out is how the virtual football/basketball/soccer works. My impression from the teasers is that the teams are not based on any real NFL or NBA teams. Has anybody actually played one of these games and if so, what sort of EV do you get? Is there any strategy that might help?
