Friend hit several jackpots with a net win in excess of $58K. He put in for a cash withdrawal of $50k.

He had smaller withdrawals in the range of $2k before with no difficulty.

Will he have any issues with a one time withdrawal of $50k ??

Hard to predict, but I'd think they will take longer than usual. They'll definitely be reviewing the account pretty closely.

Will they deny his wins?

There are no money laundering issues since he started with $1200.

If the wins were all legitimate and he provides proper ID they will pay him. I have cashed out large sums many times with no problem.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.
