A few days I tried depositing $100 into my new PinnacleSports account using EntroPay but I misstyped my name when entering the details. PinnacleSports charged $100 to my EntroPay but refuses to add the money into my account because I misstyped my name and EntroPay says it will take 30 days to get my refund due to Visa policies. PinnacleSports says they do this to protect players... how is it protecting me if they take my money for 30 days without letting me use it and even charge me for the service? I have been emailing both companies over the past few days and they all have policies that prevents them from helping me.

I'd accept the 30-day policy. There is a lot of fraud committed by players, which they are trying to protect themselves from. Add to that the delays that come with payment processing, and mistakes can take a while to resolve. I think Pinnacle is saying they are trying to protect you against somebody else making a charge with your credit card.

But they charged my credit card nonetheless, so they didn't really protect me.

Mistype entering your email account if you want to... but not at a bank or casino site.
Its an expensive few moments of inattention.

Pinnaclesports just sent me a refund. That was faster than I anticipated. I tried depositing again and it worked this time.

Is this method of paying open to US players?
When a rock is thrown into a pack of dogs, the one that yells the loudest is the one who got hit.

They don't knowingly accept US players. You have to go through an agent, which they turn a blind eye to.
