Quote: SeanBrennanHow can I convert my Pokerstars money into real cash? I recently got free bets casino tickets and I intend to use them on Pokerstars. All advertisements I see says you can turn the chips into real cash but how, exactly? I’d appreciate it if anyone replies.
for some reason i dont think i am understanding you correctly - you have a "free bet ticket" of some sort?
you are saying you have a "physical" "ticket" that you want to use on pokerstars.... or is it poker stars has given you free play?

From:
https://www.pokerstarsmtairycasino.com/poker/promotions/50-free-play/
It says you would have received:
Quote:The $50 Free Play will be released as tickets over five days:
Day 1: 2 x $5 Spin & Go tickets
Day 3: 2 x $5 Spin & Go tickets and 1 x $10 ticket
Day 5: 2 x $10 tickets
All tickets will be issued via Chests.
First of all, their site sucks. I must have looked through twenty different pages and can't find the exact information that would help you. Since you are already signed up for the site, you probably have access to some pages that I do not.
Generally speaking, most free money/ticket/spins bonuses will have a certain playthrough amount necessary to turn the bonus winnings into real money funds that can be withdrawn. In some cases, this play through can be as little as 1x the amount of funds that you have and are trying to convert into cash money. With PokerStars, it appears that there might be some sort of progress bar that tells you how far along you are on converting those funds, though I can't quite tell if that applies to ticket bonus funds and a different screen still says it's not working on mobile---phenomenal.
Additionally, in most cases, a player will have to make a deposit via one of the withdrawal means available in order to make a withdrawal after these bonus funds have been converted into real money funds. This is usually $10, or whatever the minimum deposit is for that specific deposit method. You'll generally have a 1x playthrough in order to be able to release even the money that you have deposited, so check on that and then do that before you request the withdrawal so you can request the whole amount.
If you do not see a Live Chat on the site that you can ask, it appears that they have a help desk account on Twitter that you could ask.
Honestly, it's pretty ridiculous that this information is not readily available to players BEFORE signup and all easily found on one, or at most, two, pages.
ADDED: I found this:

If that's correct, then any Spin & Go winnings are immediately available to be withdrawn, but you will probably have to make a deposit first if you haven't done that yet. For tournament winnings on promotional tickets, there is probably a playthrough requirement.
I'm sorry I can't give exact answers, but like I said, their site is total BS for not putting all of this in one place.

I did not ask them; I was saying he should ask them if he has access to Live Chat. I think it's ridiculous that this information can not be easily found on their site, but it most certainly can't. Maybe it's buried in there somewhere.
Quote: heatmapInteresting thing about PokerStars and most likely others as well - for ever deposit they have a 1x play through requirement
Anti-money laundering thing, as I've heard it.

That is probably correct. At casinos we must report players that are just putting money in and cashing out without playing.
