Good afternoon fellow gamblers,

Has anybody played poker on Ignition and had any issues depositing and more importantly, withdrawing? It looks like they can wire transfer or just mail you a check. I'd probably go the check route; I don't know if my domestic Wells Fargo checking account would accept a European-based wire transfer, and if I run into issues with the check at my bank, do you think I could just take it to one of those check-cashing places (And pay a 1% fee)?

On their website it says minimum $100 withdraw, with a $25 fee for each withdraw. BUT, it says you get one free withdraw every 90 days, which should be sufficient.

Any opinions?

Years back when I had to deposit a check from Spain, the bank just put a hold on the funds for a week or so. Meaning it was in my account but I couldn't withdraw it until it cleared. If you are not in immediate need of the funds I would guess you could do the same thing. No idea if there would be fees involved for you.
I doubt any check cashing place would cash a foreign check for a 1% fee unless you had some collateral for them to hold.

I can't conceive of actually sending a check TO an on line casino.
