I emailed them a screenshot of my ecoPayz account, and a representative told me that I had to wait for another 72 hours. This doesn't make sense as I had already waited for more than 72 hours.

According the their website, they aim to review all withdrawal requests within 72 hours. In my experience, this is misleading. They don't aim to review withdrawal requests "within" 72 hours; 72 hours is a pending time. They will only look at them after that period, and if there is any problem, they will reject the requests without asking, and the subsequent withdrawal requests will be pending for another 72 hours.

I still haven't received my money. It's clear that they don't want their customers to receive money as soon as possible.

Never heard about BlackDiamond, but I have many successful withdrawals from Miami and Slotocash without any problems which are also Deckmedia casinos.

The representative told me to submit a withdrawal request again and wait up to 10 business days. It's not mentioned anywhere on the website that the verification process will take up to 10 business days. According to the website, this procedure can be performed up to twice per year.
