On a losing end of STR FLUSH v ROYAL FLUSH :(.
1st - What are the odds of this?
2nd - More importantly how do the masses deal with these RNGs that continue to produce...let's just call it "Juicy" flops, turns & rivers?
3rd - Please don't reply with an answer than indicates the abnormalities are result of seeing much more hands when you play online poker... :)

If the board has 10-Ksuited, and you have a 9, and someone else puts you all in, I'd say 80-20 you are going to lose. Before you see the flop I'd say you have a one in 50 billion chance of drawing a straight flush to lose to a royal. Someone else can do the real math if they want to...

Yep. Online is sooooooooooo much faster so you'll see these more frequently. Similar to Powerball or Mega-Millions. One person most likely will never hit the jackpot, but when tens of millions play simultaneously, it's more likely to get hit.

Oh, I get it-- it hearkens back to an article I read some years ago about how the future landscape of poker was going to change since the players entering the field now would have magnitudes more experience with hands with the blitz-pace of online play and the analytical resources available nowadays. What they lack is the ability to beat the human element, but that'll even out in time.
