That's messed up of them to play you like that. They should pay you that $10,000 unless it was a genuine malfunction. If it wasn't a genuine malfunction I would keep pressing the issue. $10,000 is roughly 10 months of work for me so that's big money for me.
Sounds like this is an online casino?Quote: paytoplayI won 4 blackout jackpots in 1 day. Totaling 10447.76. I got blackout in 50 numbers or less. However, the casino

I hate to say it, but this sounds like a malfunction to me.
Thank you so much for this table. I had played the blackout only 6 games. I knew in my heart of hearts it had to be a malfunction. And now not only was it a malfunction but now they claim I abused their software and am not entitled to any winnings or a refund of my $100 initial deposit. It did feel good to see 10,000!!! And all the bells and whistles that accompany a big win.Lol

That's messed up. :( I'd cry if something like that happened to me. :(

You're welcome. The chances of getting 4 out of 6 black-outs is 1 in 134,882,670,482,530,000,000. That is almost as much as 18 yo's in a row, but not quite (inside joke).
If you played only six games I don't think that is obvious "abuse." If they don't pay, you're welcome to warn the forum about whoever this is. In the unlikely event this is a Wizard advertiser, and you clicked through one of our ads, we'll work on getting your deposit back at least.
Big girls don't cry.Quote: NathanI'd cry if something like that happened to me. :(
But our fellow Miata drivers do.

That sounds like a malfunction if there ever was one. I think the casino has a legitimate case to decline the jackpots, as the games obviously didn't perform properly. However, I think it is just thievery to take your deposit money. I also have to question the integrity of the game, if it could gaff a win like this. Makes me suspect the draw may not be fully random.

To put this into perspective: in the famous wheat on a chessboard problem, there would be only about 18 quintillion grains of wheat on the chessboard. See this.
