Hi,

I was told that when play online video blackjack with wagering requirement, we should deviate from the basic strategy for certain blackjack hands, is it correct ? Any comments ?

I was told that we can find the related info from this book : How to Beat Internet Casinos and Poker Rooms - Arnold Snyder

Sounds like you should check that book out =). I'd imagine it depends on your BR and the play itself (how much action do you need, etc). If you have the BR I'd think max EV would be the priority, which would be the best play every time. If you didn't and had to hit a specific amount of action, then perhaps the least variance play (keeping some level of EV in mind) would be correct. Aka I could see an argument for it, but if I personally played a bonus and was running through my wagering requirements on blackjack then I'd probably stick to exact basic strategy, if I didn't do further research of course.
Playing it correctly means you've already won.
