Kind of a disingenuous number without telling us real losses... 99% VP vs. slots are literally an order of magnitude apart.
Its - Possessive; It's - "It is" / "It has"; There - Location; Their - Possessive; They're - "They are"

Yeesh. That amount is more than half the total gross revenue for all online gaming in NJ for the entire year ($148,880,180 from page 2 as reported at: http://www.nj.gov/lps/ge/docs/Financials/PressRel2015/December2015PressRelease.pdf ). Yes I know his wager total does not equal revenue, in theory he might 'only' have produced 2 million-ish while turning that over, but still. Online gaming isn't actually attracting very much business at all. Outside of that guy, and a small number of hyperactive degenerate soulmates tweaking out with him, apparently.
Suck dope, watch TV, make up stuff, be somebody on the internet.

One part I founderstand interesting was the last sentence. They are in talks with UK to have NJ and UK poker platforms connected. How long until poker stars is world wide again?

All I can say is "WOW". I cannot just waste $78 million in one year and that guys manage to do that. I hope the casino treat him for a holiday vacation with them.

Without reading the article, I know that the author, as well as some of you guys, are misinterpreting what that $78M means.

Remember the churn.

If you bet $5 for example, and win say $25, and then bet that $25 and lose it, yes that's $30 action, but you only lost $5.

$78M represents the $30, not the $5.

I read it as the equivalent of the amount of "coin in"... which really has no relevance to the amount of losses... other than you can calculate a theoretical loss.
