There are lots of shady to downright criminal online casinos. I thought Club World was fairly reasonable. Your post doesn't change my opinion of them.
CWC group is one of the most reputable groups of online casinos. The standard procedure is to provide your documents for the verification purposes.
Im pretty keen to hear what exactly was asked of you to be considered as "scam".
Was this group advertised here at WOV? I'M sure I have an account at at least 3 of them.Quote: beth1946BEWARE Club World Casino Group: This well known group of casinos runs a very successful and lucrative "scam" on players/customers in the United States. It is also very obvious... if you look closely and carefully. These casinos are attractive, efficient and well presented. Club World Group has been around for some time and is very successful... apparently not successful enough... they now are just plain greedy. They are very thorough and very efficient... especially when making deposits. They can and do make payouts quickly and easily... for some players/customers. They promote their big winners and quick payouts. For the vast majority of "winners" at Club World Casinos, the story is sadly much different. Most players who manage to win some are subjected to an unbelievable verification process. Club World cashier and customer support representatives are expert at resolving various issues and then introducing yet more issues. They introduce new and unreasonable requirements... each of which creates more delay. When players/customers request a withdrawal or payout, the well planned process of delay, distraction and confusion begins. Like me, most people become discouraged and just decide to keep playing. As we all know... if you keep playing, you will eventually lose. That is their dishonest and deceitful "scam." They delay withdrawals and payouts as long as they can knowing that most people will become discouraged and just play the "winnings" off... it took me a couple of times before I realized that I was being played by this group. I must admit, they do it with style and grace. It is almost embarrassing to admit that I allowed them to play this old broad for such a fool. Avoid these casinos: Lucky Red Casino, High Noon Casino, Aladdin's Gold Casino, All Star Slots, BuzzLuck Casino, Manhattan Slots.

Beth... welcome to the forum... This MAY be valuable information you are sharing.... but I'd want specifics before I'd pass judgment... please give us specific 'new and unreasonable requirements' that are delaying your cashout. And really, to complain that you decided to play and were upset you lost rather than waiting for to cash out... well...
Quote: Wonko33Do they still teach about paragraphs in school? Am I just too old?
OMG LOL LMAO ....... I am not sure if they even teach words at school anymore. If I was younger I would know more than the 3 I poster.
So I am asking the OP to provide us with their username that we can forward to the CWC Rep . They are more than happy to look into this complaint,
However I suspect this might be the case of "I reversed my withdrawal, lost it back and now looking for someone to blame".
Quote: ZugaIm still waiting for more detail from the OP. In the mean time I had a chance to talk to CWC Rep about this complaint. Seems that the OP is posting the same complaint all over the web without providing additional details.

I appreciate you leaving this unsubstantiated claim up Zuga. The transparency is important to me, but I can also imagine a scenario where every spammer's made up complaint gets a post plugging up the board. Perhaps if evidence isn't forthcoming after a reasonable period of time, the thread should eventually be removed.

I agree, graceful action.
1st time poster, a polite request for substantiating detail of the claim, no response for a very reasonable period of time.
Maybe leave the poster acct alive? Kill the thread.
The OP can always bring the complaint back to the Forum, can even mention the original thread, reiterate every claim made, and hopefully provide additional detail.

We also believe in transparency and why we do have dedicated complaint sections on LCB, and this is why we never censor these posts, unless it is an obvious scam.
If we do not hear from the OP soon ill update / close the topic accordingly.
