I just finished a new page on the game 1X2 Banco. The help file for the game doesn't address a key rule so I had to perform an investigation, shown in this video:

I had fun reading your conversation with support. Don't think I'd ever have fun playing this game though.

Even at the edge your rules came up with, it's way too high. Pass.
And since the support expert with the degree in statistics provided rules which produce an edge in the 50% range, all I can say is, Run Forrest RUN ... Away from that casino!
