I logged in after a 6 days, took a bonus code, and my credit card was charged 4 times. They do not know how to manage transactions. These were pending transactions that never went through prior, they charged me all of them 01/15/16. I contacted them every day, they do not reply, they do not have a phone number. Finally a week later they said they give back the money. They did not. They cancelled my other 900.00 withdrawal because I told them about the 4 bad deposits. The withdrawal would have been due to be paid to me soon, it takes them at the very least 35 days total to pay, there is no 10 day payment from these people. Mean and cheating. Basically stole.

I suggest people not use a credit card for online gaming.

If you play online set up a separate bank account and a debit card with overdraft protection. Fund it with an amount slightly over what you plan on depositing. Pain in the ass... Yes it is, but so is having to deal with this BS. Also it helps people from going on tilt and losing more money than they wanted to in the first place.

Stick to Bovada unless you're bonus hunting. And if you're bonus hunting then having a separate debit card account it absolutely worthwhile.

There's other deposit methods as well do your research online.

Bit coin is an option as well.

Wizard, Zuga, teddys? What was the resolution?

Whatever the case is, we as players are over a barrel with our pants down.

We have been asked not to post anything negative about online casinos before a resolution because of some theory that you lose bargaining power. Meanwhile others don't have much much needed information so they can avoid depositing. If a online casino does something shady or wrong, innocent mistake or not we should know about it ASAP.

If you need a bargaining chip to deal with a casino then they shouldn't be listed.

I was happy with my resolution.

This is a Wizard-approved casino so if you click through the links on these pages The Wizard/Latest Casino Bonuses will go to bat for you.

For what it's worth my issue was also about deposits not handled correctly through their payment processor. I had hoped they would fix that but it seems they have not. Yes, withdrawals took a long time, from 30-60 days.

I will not lie and say it was a pleasant experience but it was resolved to my satisfaction.
