Received this e-mail from a well known online casino on my birthday after not playing there for years. Thought I would respond and have some fun.

Dear xxxxxxxxxxx,
I'm predominantly a video poker player that always strives for perfect play against the different variations of the game that are offered.
I became convinced solely based on my experiences playing class III video poker machines at land based casinos, that online casinos are using class II versions of the game. I was unable to achieve this important information from any of the two regulators I questioned. Therefore I'm forced to except my believes as facts and prefer not to play online at the present time. The odds of class II machines are calculated to be similar to the odds of a standard class III video poker game. The only chance of having extended play time and additional +ev sessions is with class III machines accompanied with perfect play.
Thank you for considering that you may be able to apply a birthday bonus to my account, but I'm steadfast in my conclusions until confirmed facts prove otherwise and prefer not to play, even for free.

It's obvious now that your first e-mail and concerns were not truly sincere. It's also obvious that valid feedback was of no interest to you since you never replied to my concerns, and your only intent was to try and bribe me into depositing with a bonus; which by the way if you researched my dormant account you would have realized I never took bonuses when I did deposit.
If you are interested in getting me to deposit again into your casino, please provide me with or direct me too where I could read about proof of regulated enforcement that would confirm the requirements needed and the testing that confirmed your video poker games being offered are (class III rating) that would clearly differentiate them from just slot machines dressed up in video poker clothing.
Anything less would just be considered words that dribbled down the ranks.
