Hi been playing Bovada for a little bit and just had some questions.
1. Will I have any tax liability if I win a large sum on Bovada but just leave it in there, not cashing it out. Are winnings counted while banked in a casino?
2. I am mainly thinking of playing on Sundays and Wednesdays for the Blackjack 21 dollar and Video Poker 52 dollar bonus cash events. Has anyone here either been blacklisted or known anyone who has been blacklisted by Bovada for only playing bonuses?
3. The money from the bonuses comes in the form of cash. Has anyone tried to use the e-cash given that way in conjunction with other bonus offers like the 250 and 500 dollar matching welcomes? Is that allowed?
4. I sometimes use fill up cards like Netspend, Green Dot, etc. Is there an option for Bovada to credit those cards directly instead of having to use a courier or WU?
