Yes, but how do you feel about people who have pet chimps?
Quote: onenickelmiraclePeople do this kind of thing at airports to jump the lines, I've read, by requesting assistance and are wheeled to the planes.
And at Disney's parks, you have to wonder how many people in wheelchairs really need them.

If we find out they are faking it we should be able to beat them until they need wheelchairs. I really think these scumbags don't deserve to walk after doing something like this.

Really? Someone cuts in line and they should be maimed and paralyzed for life? Think about what you're saying.

Lol maybe a little harsh but I understand the frustration.
I don't know why people would want to take their dogs with them. I love my dogs and all but I am happy when I leave the house and don't have to take care of them.

I believe I read recently that Disney parks will no longer give cuts in line. Instead they will give a ticket with the estimated time that the line will take and the people will have to come back at that time.
Quote: GWAEI don't know why people would want to take their dogs with them.
I do. But there are places where they can cause major problems. I can't imagine taking a dog to the casino, for example. And I suppose taking care of a dog in a hotel, even a pet friendly hotel, must be rather a hassle.
I don't have any pets right now. If I did, I doubt I'd take trips longer than ten days, just because I know they'd miss me.

Looks like you're right. That's disappointing for anyone with actual disabilities, particularly those that have mobility issues within the park. They will have not nearly as much time to experience the park/enjoy the rides as those with normal mobility.
Quote: Lemieux66I've done that once. Too many critters.
What type of critters? If you are referring to ticks and the like, then yeah it may not be worth it.

here is one that I snapped at Horseshoe Cleveland. The dog was a boxer/pitbull mix. At least that is what it looked like. There were no markings on the dog for a service dog so I have no idea what he was doing in there.

I was thinking birds and mice, but insects are a huge issue as well.
Quote: Lemieux66On another note, I'm heading back to AC Thursday morning. Should be another adventure, although I'm debating not playing blackjack at all.
Yeah, if you're going to get that much heat on (relatively low stakes) BJ, I can't imagine that it is worth playing.
Might as well play craps or VP or something.
Quote: Lemieux66On another note, I'm heading back to AC Thursday morning. Should be another adventure, although I'm debating not playing blackjack at all.
Excellent idea - lay low from the tables for a while, maybe the heat will dissipate and, no matter how tempted you are, do not wear a hoodie!

Too warm to lug that around from casino to casino. I've also noticed a few years ago that AC poker rooms were generally kept cold. Not anymore.

Good question.
My last dog was so excitable among new people, that I think in a casino she would run around madly, or perhaps sit next to me and bark at anyone that passed by.

Quote: FortalezoHere is a savings tip. Instead of paying the Jitney, how about riding your fold-able bike instead? Your bike can be locked up ( or stored there) in a bike rack at any casino garage. BTW, Hilton got the best bike rack by its garage entrance. Bikes were "protected" by a huge surveillance camera right there, & bikes could be stored there for years.
A wise AP would use up the unfrozen comp dollars in one shot. Forget about the cheap banana. Go for a gold ring. My buddy (a pawn shop owner) would pay cash for gold rings.
I don't live in town. I don't have a bike either. I last rode a bike when I was 7. I fell, gave it up, and played more Super Nintendo.
If Bread and Butter sold gold rings at 1:1, I just might do that.
Quote: djatcIts going to screw over the people who actually need them such as blind people or vets who require a service dog just to get out of the house. They will be required to carry more paperwork or have some major inconvenience to weed out the riff raff of people just wanting their pets everywhere.
"Service" dog s***s on plan, forces emergency landing.
Unclear what service the dog was performing, if any.

I tend to agree with the person who said if it had been a passenger who got ill, there would be no story.
Also, you know how often it can take up to a half hour between landing and getting the plane door open? I hope this wasn't one of those times ;P
Quote: aceofspadesAs I am usually in AC most weekends, I would offer to meet and report back to the board, BUT, people on this board do not believe my reports so I will pass.
Lol fair enough.
I was able to make two transactions in a row using the comps. Nothing makes sense but ill take it.
Quote: sodawaterI was able to confirm that a single banana at Bread and Butter costs $1.00 before tax, or $1.07 after tax. Enjoy 339.25 bananas, Lemieux!

No one really said you were a liar, just that it's possible you made a mistake or got abducted by aliens.

Opps, you're right. "Slightly inconvienced" can be tolerated by an AP; thus, it's not worth to blow an AP's 007-cover. So you just downgrade "INSANE" to "SLIGHTLY INCONVIENCED" within 5 hours :-) You're a Saint who's famous for the forgiveness of transgression.
Really? Context? As a general principal, having to talk to a shift manager every time to go use your comps is insane. But compare it GOING ON THE NEWS to complain about it makes it seem like no big deal.
I'm still not giving you the DGE agents name.

Google Shannon Stewart the model not the baseball player. She was born on 6-6-84 as well. Her photos will definitely give you a um "lift". In the meantime have a wonderful and profitable day!

It wasn't a PM, though, so no further action will be taken at this time, especially since this is the first occurrence since my announcement.
