Let's say that instead of tossing a pair dice simultaneously, as required by casinos, a single die was thrown and after its number was resolved the second die gets tossed. Should a (4) appear initially then of course a (3) on the second die is the only way a (7) could be realized on that throw. Does the possibilty of exerting influence over a single die seem as remote as influencing two?
