I contacted by email last week Shoot to Win Craps by Aruze Gaming and they said their game has not yet received California approval, so it is not currently in any CA casinos.
They have many in Nevada.
Organic Craps is only in Fantasy Springs casino in Indio, CA. I have played it a few times and am thinking of going there tomorrow.
They told me this last week in an email also.
added: Rapid Craps is also only at Bill's in Las Vegas.
ShuffleMaster has never replied to any of my emails.
I talked to a SM tech at Bill's one day and he thought that the game would make it to Cruise Ships first but is only at Bill's and no where else in the world as he was aware.
That has not happened either.

The only video craps (RNG) that I have recently seem was ShuffleMasters Vegas Star Craps at Fantasy Springs about a few years ago. SM actually bought the Vegas Star line.
It was replaced by the Organic Craps slot machine that uses real dice.
It (Vegas Star) broke down many times when I played and that is why a few suits in the slot department at FS said they did not bring it back.
SM website does not show where their machines are placed if any.
Also, Viejas Casino had a crapless craps video machine about 4 to 5 years ago. The company that made the craps machines (I forget the name) stopped making casino games and went under in the mortgage business meltdown.
