Snoqualmie plays $5 minimums (most days) and 3/4/5x
Tulalip plays $5 minimums and 10X
Several smaller casinos often have $1 and $3 minimums and 10X.
I mainly play craps to have fun and to be at the table while enjoying a few drinks - because the deck is stacked against me and totally random with no memory, I never "expect" to win.
That said, am I better off playing $3 PL w/ 10X odds or $10PL w/ 3X odds? Same goes for $3X PL w/ 10X odds vs. 5X PL with 6X odds?
My gut tells me to go play at the junkie cheap casinos with $1 or $3 minimums and max the odds but I'm not sure on the math.
Thoughts?

The odds are "free", that is, they do not favor the house nor the player. It increases variance, but reduces the house edge to play them. In other words, you can win more or go bust faster if you bet it, but the good outweighs the bad. If you are looking for a long session, play at a joint that allows smaller mininum bets. If you are looking to make the most money in the shortest amount of time, the max odds are for you.
Good luck!
You always want to have a greater proportion of your wager on the odds than on the line bet.

I would say Angel of the winds is your best bet! you can't beat $1-$3 mins with 10X odds. If you are going to drive north to Tulalp anyways whats another 15min north to Angel of the Winds? Snoqualmie is just not my cup of tea, the casino layout is horrible and the place is always packed. Plus Snoqualmie is a total "eastside crowd! Even though I grew up in the heart of the eastside(Redmond) I can only be around those eastside yuppies for so long before going crazy LOL! I can only take so many Bellevue yuppie chicks slowing down the craps game to a crawl by asking "how do I play this game" every 5 seconds! I always have a good time at Angels of the winds(except for the one time I almost got into a fight with a craps dealer LOL) the place is great!
And to your question....of course betting $3 with 10x odds is a MUCH better bet than $10 with 3X's odds.
