What's the downside of playing this video craps if just passline/come bet with max odds, and placing 6/8?
Craps is paradise (Pair of dice).

Where can one find this video table game?
The downside is playing the "establishment" way you are proposing, IMHO. Unless there is a "hot" shooter with multiple hits and few 7 outs, one will lose. A "choppy" table will kill the player eventually.
